Pop-Up Venue Activation
The Ambassador Model — HSHS brings the music, cultural curation, and direction. The venue brings the space and menu. The brand brings the goods. Every activation is quoted across three components.
Curatorial
Coordination with venue management, F&B directors, and hospitality professionals to design the pop-up concept, program sequence, and menu direction. Includes pre-event planning meetings, talent coordination, and on-site creative presence.

Engagement Direction

Music
HSHS advocates for a $250–$300/hr standard rate for DJs. Final rate may vary based on consistency, demand, and experience. HSHS also works with live musicians and acts — band rates vary based on size and production requirements.

Music Production
Full production services for standalone events, showcases, and branded activations. Includes production coordination, talent and artist curation, stage management, run of show, vendor coordination, and day-of direction.

Creative & Cultural Direction
Strategic and creative direction for brands, venues, and institutions rooting their programming in authentic cultural expression. Includes concept development, artist and talent direction, brand alignment, and programming strategy. Corporate and institutional engagements start at the higher end of each range.

Sound CrusHER Radio
Weekly broadcast series — pilot season 2026. Documents the women and gender-diverse artists, venue owners, vendors, and key contributors defining NWA's music culture. Two 30-minute mixes per episode woven with storytelling from inside the ecosystem. We keep the record.
